With more than 40 years of experience in home improvement, Justin Bartley has built his career on a simple but powerful belief: every homeowner deserves exceptional craftsmanship and a team they can trust. As the owner and founder of NEXT Door and Window, Justin brings decades of hands-on expertise and an unwavering passion for helping customers protect, beautify, and invest in their homes. His journey began on the south side of Chicago, where he got his start installing and servicing garage doors — learning the trade from the ground up and developing the hands-on work ethic that still defines NEXT Door and Window today.

Justin’s commitment to building a company the right way has earned NEXT Door and Window some of the most respected recognitions in the industry. Holding a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from St. Xavier University, Justin pairs real-world trade experience with strong business acumen. He is a passionate advocate for the skilled trades in America and dedicates significant time to training and coaching the next generation of home services professionals, believing that investing in people is the foundation of any great company.

That same spirit of investment extends to the communities NEXT Door and Window serves. Justin is a proud supporter of Habitat for Humanity, donating windows and doors each year to help families build stronger, more independent lives. He also champions the Sheilah A. Doyle Foundation, a local nonprofit providing camp experiences and grief resources to children ages 7–17 who have lost a parent or sibling to homicide — a cause close to his heart.

I’ve been in the Window & Door industry for over 25+ years.  I’ve labored on job sites, loaded/unloaded trucks, sales, purchasing, just to name a few things.  I just recently had my 10 year anniversary with Next Door & Window as the Procurement & IT Manager.  I truly enjoy innovating new systems and procedures at our office.  Always trying to improve upon things we currently do, I am never satisfied.

When I’m not at the office you generally can find me at a table somewhere playing/teaching a strategic board or card game. Often I’m trying to convince my co-workers that we have enough time to play one during our lunch break

I love spending time with wife and daughter.  It’s no secret we enjoy visiting Walt Disney World in Florida & my family in Denver

My current role at Next Door & Window is General Manager & Integrator. I have been with Next Door & Window since 2015 and in the construction industry for most of my professional career. I oversee day to day operations at NEXT Door and Window across all departments. Away from work I am a loving husband and father of 3 boys. When I am not spending time with my family or working, I am an avid golfer and can usually be found on the course.

Eric Fields is a design and energy expert with over 15 years of experience in home improvement on the north shore of Chicago. Eric has had the opportunity to join with Next Door and Window in mid 2020 bringing a design background which uniquely qualifies him on any project. As Eric grew up on the Northside, he is a life long Cubs fan and enjoys spending time with his young family. When not working, Eric enjoys mountain biking, learning about the latest in technology, and anything related to cars.

Hi, My name is Jill Cree and I’m on the CERT Team. I’ve been with Next Door & Window since 2019, and have been in the home improvement industry for 25 years.

When I’m not at the office I like to spend time with my family/friends, really enjoy outdoor activities.

I’m a Customer Experience Representative. I’ve been with Next Door and Window since October 2020. My family and I moved to the Chicago area from Montreal, Canada in 2016. Prior to Next Door and Window, I was a Program Coordinator in Customer Service and Sales Support for over 25 years at Bombardier Aerospace.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy Yoga, cooking for my family, traveling with my husband and watching my daughter play College hockey.

I’m a customer experience representative manager. I have been in the home improvement industry for six years. Have a great customer service team always here to help the customers. When I’m not in the office I like to visit my son who lives in Minnesota and also like going to see my daughter who is attending Grand Valley State University
