Field Service Technician at Next Door & Window
Experience
2-5 years’ experience in a window and door installation or service environment
Reports To
Service Manager
General Responsibility
Field Service work to repair, install, and provide customer service for window and door issues.
Time Requirement
40 hours per week with potential for overtime, availability Monday thru Friday and infrequent Saturdays
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Field Service repair of customer window and door issues.
- Identify product and repair parts needed to correct customer concerns
- Adjust doors and windows for proper operation
- Paint and stain touch-ups as required
- Casing and trim installation

- An eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
- Able to meet deadlines

- Excellent service skills to satisfy customer concerns
