I started working in the home improvement industry when I was 9 years old and have spent the last 30+ years constantly learning how to deliver a better customer experience. Home Improvement has always been my passion. I have OCD Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, which means I feel the need to check things repeatedly and perform rituals over and over. Through the years our company has taken on this culture of obsessing over the details for our customers to always strive to provide the best experience possible.
When I am not in the office, you will find me at the local theatre watching my daughter perform in musicals, traveling around with my son’s hockey team, and going on a long bike ride with my wife through the beautiful Chicago area.
