I began my career with the Next family over 20 years ago as an installer. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in and support every department within the company, gaining a deep understanding of our operations from the ground up. Today, I serve as Operations Manager, overseeing multiple production teams including Re-measure, Pre-Finish, Installation, Warehouse Operations, and our Service Department. My hands-on experience across the organization allows me to lead with both practical knowledge and a strong commitment to quality. At Next, our reputation is built on trust, workmanship and service. My commitment is to lead our teams in exceeding customer expectations and ensuring every homeowner feels confident and happy with their window and door investment. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids, family and friends. In the winter you can usually find me at an ice rink, and in the summer, on the golf course – making the most out of every season.
