We were quite satisfied with the ordering, expected delivery time and installation process. The crew arrived promptly in the morning and completed both floors of our house in 2 days. There were 10 windows to be completed. The windows are quality materials and everything we expected after visiting the showroom. I poured a lot of effort and money into this project... nearly twenty thousand dollars and I expected to get exactly what i was promised. There several mistakes made, and I requested the replacement windows and trim to be exactly the size that they were replacing. The windows themselves seem great, but the size of the awning windows does not exactly match the transom windows above, and after two attempts at the inside trim, it still does not match the transom windows above and the patio door next to the windows. The two installers, Andy and Andy were awesome. They did replace water damaged wood and drywall below and next to one window. They are very thorough with their work and very dedicated.
