NEXT Door & Window offers an installation & labor warranty for a period of FIVE (5) years from date of contract and a TEN (10) year Labor Warranty on all Infinity products. Labor for product over 5 years is a chargeable service. The warranty covers all faulty installation and/or labor. Fire, flood, lightning, hailstorm, earthquake or other acts of God or other causes beyond the control of NEXT Door & Window are excluded from the warranty. Abuse and normal wear and tear are also excluded. This warranty covers installation only. All product/materials are covered under their separate product warranty.
Infinity windows are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Owner-occupants of single-family dwellings who have purchased their windows and doors through an authorized Infinity retailer are eligible for the Limited Lifetime Warranty. All windows and doors made by Marvin are covered by a limited warranty guaranteeing they’ll remain free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for up to 10 years from the purchase date. Marvin also offers a special 20-year warranty on our insulating glass, protecting it against visible obstruction caused by a failure of the insulating glass air seal.
