Our Project Manager will contact you by phone, email, or text and provide you with regular status updates until installation. Please refer to your contract for the expected lead time (usually 7-9 weeks).
If, for any reason, any delays were to happen, they would contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed. Delays do happen from time to time, but our experienced Project Managers and our close connections with our vendors are able to keep this to a minimum.
As your materials arrive from our vendors, our warehouse staff checks them for accuracy and quality. If any products arrive that require our factory stain or paint, they are sent to our Painting Dept. Once everything is ready, our Installation Dept. will contact you to schedule a time for the installation to begin!
This is a great time to review the installation tips on our “Helpful Installation and What to Expect” sheet. Before installation, we thoroughly inspect every component of your project.
The day before your installation, expect to receive a call from our Installation Dept. as a reminder that we are coming!
Our crew(s) will arrive at the pre-scheduled time to make your project come to life! Utilizing the details on the contract and the sizes required for your windows and/or doors, NEXT Door & Window will install the product with great care and precision.
Once the installation is complete, our crew will perform a thorough cleanup, show you how to operate the products, and collect the final payment.
