Scheduling an Appointment
Whether you saw us on social media or got a referral from a friend, we’re so happy you chose NEXT Door & Window. Scheduling an appointment is easy! You can do so by visiting our site and filling out the form, call us at 630-280-2748, or simply coming into one of our locations. From there, we can figure out the time that would work best for you so that one of our Design Experts can visit your home and go over your options.
You can also discuss your options in our store if that is what you prefer. We have locations in Burr Ridge, Naperville, and Arlington Heights, Illinois. Please check our site for hours, HERE.
Free Consultation
For this no-hassle, free appointment, one of our qualified Design Experts will go to your home at a reserved time and discuss your options and answer any questions. Our Design Expert will assess your project and offer selections that fit your style and budget.
Another perk of the consultation is that they can show you the design you’re imagining with our Home Visualizer tool that allows you to try on styles before buying. So no need to fret on how it’ll all look in the end.
Many of the lines we carry come in both standard and custom sizes; the Design Expert will evaluate the very best size for your home needs. Once everything has been chosen, properly measured, and prepared, your new doors or windows will be ready to install anywhere between 6 to 12 weeks. It all depends on the time of year and the product purchased. The Design Expert will have the best estimate for you.
Installation Day
In window or door replacement, there’s one golden rule: new windows or doors are only as good as their installers. Even the highest-quality products will require an expert hand to make sure they deliver the superior protection and lasting performance that your home needs.
All of our installers are licensed, bonded, and insured in your city. Our team is also trained by Installation Masters—a training and certification program of the U.S. Department of Energy. Also, we’re licensed by the EPA to handle window replacements where lead may be present.
On the day of the scheduled installation, our brand-trained and certified installers will come to your home with everything they need. You won’t have to worry about a thing! We will even pull whatever permits may be needed (if required). All of our products are installed “complete”. By that, we mean there won’t need to be any staining or painting going on during installation, which keeps your home even cleaner.
The installers will also use drop cloths and runners to protect the floors. You may want to cover furniture with bed sheets for dust protection.
They will make sure to use your driveway or garage for all saw work. And they will even sweep upon completion! Dust is truly kept to a minimum on the inside of your home.
The installers will remove any old product and job-related debris from your home, and vacuum or sweep any mess created. We know how frustrating remodels are, so we set out to make this process as stress-free as possible.
Post Installation Care
NEXT Door & Window doesn’t just install and forget. In addition to the lifetime coverage that comes with most of our products, we provide our own five-year labor warranty to protect you against any workmanship-related defects for a long period.
Each manufacturer also offers its own product warranties. Our Design Experts can answer any warranty questions you may have about the brands you choose.
We currently have a full installation and service team in the field, so you can talk to a door and window professional immediately if your new product needs service. If the issue is bigger and someone needs to do a house call, we will schedule a convenient time with one of our service professionals.
We’re here to answer any other questions you may have about the process. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. If you’d like to get started with your window or door remodeling process, you can schedule your appointment, HERE.
