What is the difference between the foam insulation and the other stuff?

Do I need to take off work for installation?

Some doors can be installed in as little as 4 hours. An entire house of windows can take from 1-4 days. NEXT Door & Window attempts to make the installation process easy.

How long do I have to wait for my new windows/door?

Somewhere between 6 to 12 weeks. It will depend on time of year and the product purchased. The sales consultant can best answer this while in the home for the estimate.

I bet my house will be a mess during installation…

Not really! Our installers will use your driveway for all saw work. We will even sweep the driveway upon completion. Dust is kept to a minimum on the inside of your home.

Will I need to repaint my interior walls?

NEXT Door & Window only installs in existing homes. Our installers are very careful to not disturb current wall conditions. Wider interior casing may be required to guarantee that paint lines will not be affected.

What will happen to my shutters on the outside of my house?

When necessary, NEXT Door & Window will remove & re-install. New shutters can be provided in the written estimate.

Do I need to pull permits?
